so ai m lvl 33 but i know what skills i need but i dont know when to reset my skill and what skills i need after the reset

ehh ok lvl 33 if I would you i would reset it at lvl 50+.
One of the reasons are: cc is prety expensive atm so just do pve untill lvl 50+ or higher.
Then use youre free reset, then i can help you further.
